Domini Officials Honored Among the Most Influential People on Corporate Governance and the Boardroom
We are pleased to announce that Founder and CEO Amy Domini and Managing Director and General Counsel Adam Kanzer were included in Directorship magazine’s Directorship 100 list, the magazine’s listing of the most influential people on corporate governance and in the boardroom.
“Domini Social Investments, one of the most progressive activist fund groups, filed 20 shareholder proxies in the 2007 season and was recognized for proxy leadership by RiskMetrics Group,” the magazine noted.
We see this recognition as another indication of the tremendous influence that socially responsible investors are having on corporate strategy.
The Directorship 100 list for this year also includes congressman Barney Frank, Federal Reserve chair Ben Bernanke, Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson, and investors Carl Icahn and Warren Buffett.
The complete article appears in the September 2008 issue of Directorship magazine.
